Forestiere Underground Gardens

Located in Fresno, California Forestiere Underground Gardens is a subterranean complex made up of arches, patios and garden courts.  After a remodel, the lobby of the Gardens will see subtle changes throughout.  A cream paint replaces the green on the beams, ceiling and poles to lighten up the interior.  The reception area contains a large single unit desk that provides employees with storage and room to move.  The gift shop has moved to the opposite wall that leads straight in to the ballroom and consists of two shelves and a table that showcase the product for customers.  Across from the gift shop are easels that display the history of the Gardens and Baldassare Forestiere.  The location of the original seating area remains the same with updated and comfortable seating and a rug to bring warmth to the space.  Furniture and lighting are made with reclaimed wood and antique finishes but with a more modern design to create a marriage of old and new for the lobby.
